In FDR's own hand in its entirety, an autograph letter signed on Roosevelt & O'Connor letterhead, concerning the financial dealings of the Georgia Warm Springs Foundation. This hand written letter deals with listing paid charges for bills related to Missy LeHand, FDR's mother Sara Delano Roosevelt, FDR himself, and the Patients' Aid Fund at the Georgia Warm Springs Foundation, for a total of $1749.50. FDR writes out the details, including writing his own name "F. D. Roosevelt" and that of his mother "Mrs. James Roosevelt" in his own hand, a marvelous financial statement generated by FDR in his own hand. This financial statement from September 22, 1928, composed by FDR in his own hand just prior to his election as Governor of New York, shows first hand his active interest in participation in the financial goings on concerning the Georgia Warm Springs Foundation which he founded. FDR also writes in his own hand the instruction to "File for Warm Springs Account."
