Erpenbach to the office of "Collector of Customs for Customs Collection District No. 35". Signed by President Eisenhower and Secretary of the Treasury George M. Humphrey.Condition: Light edge toning. Humphrey signate very light. Eisenhower signature a bit light, but very nice.
