Calvin Coolidge Document Signed as President one page, large oblong folio, 23" x 19", Washington, February 15, 1925. Coolidge signs a document promoting Harold L. Williamson a Foreign Service Officer, "with the advice and consent of the Senate". The United States seal is attached in the lower left portion of the document. Near fine condition.Auction Info
