Benjamin Harrison Partially Printed Document Signed "Benj Harrison", one page, quarto, 8" x 10.5", Washington, June 5, 1889. On imprinted stationery of the Executive Mansion. Harrison removes Charles B. Howry from the office of "Attorney of the United States for the Northern District of Mississippi." Light feathering of ink to some areas, otherwise a near fine document.
