Description
Steve Jobs Signed 1980 Apple Computer Poster. Large sheet, 23 x 35 inches. No place, no date. Offset lithographic poster designed by Rob Janoff for Apple Computer using the first official Apple logo he designed in 1977. Inscribed and signed, "Leah - Many Thanks!! Steve Jobs." Signed in the light blue band of color of the apple for maximum contrast and visibility. Includes a letter of authenticity issued by PSA/DNA.The poster features the iconic rainbow Apple logo, a symbol of Apple's vibrant and innovative brand identity during the late 1970s and early 1980s. It was produced just 4 years after the company was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne and the same year it went public with tremendous success. Apple shares sold out almost immediately. This timeframe marked a critical phase in Apple's meteoric rise, as it transitioned from a scrappy startup to an influential player in the tech world.
Condition: Light, scattered scuffs and small creases. With some edge wear and multiple small tears; including one along the top right edge which has been reinforced with cello tape. Minor damp staining along the very bottom edge on verso. Poster has been stored rolled.
