Signer of the Declaration of Independence, Roger Sherman Document Signed. "Roger Sherman Justice of the Peace." One partially printed page, engrossed in Sherman's hand, 7.75" x 5", New Milford [Connecticut], June 11, 1759. A writ of attachment against the goods or estate of Benjamin Eastman of New Milford.Condition: Old smoothed fold creases; some areas of conservation; toning and scattered small stains. Good condition.
