Napoleon Bonaparte Letter Signed. Three pages of a bifolium, 7 ¼ x 9 inches, Compiègne; April 26, 1810. Letter in French regarding a financial matter. Signed, "Napoleon." Earlier that month, Napoleon had married his second wife, Marie-Louise. Less than a year later, she gave birth to the emperor's only son, Napoleon-François.

Condition: Creased along folds and lightly toned.
