J. Pinckney Henderson Land Grant Signed as governor of Texas. One partially-printed page, 14.75" x 12.75", Austin, December 20, 1847, granting "Pinckney Henderson assignee of Nicolas Navarro . . . One League and one Labor of Land . . . In Nacogdoches District near the Sabine river." Countersigned by Thomas William "Peg Leg" Ward as the commissioner of the General Land Office. Folds.
