Description
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT SIGNED BY SPIRO AGNEW AS "BALTIMORE COUNTY EXECUTIVE". Two- page contract, signed and sealed by the parties on the second page on May 4, 1965. This was, of course, exactly the type of contract involved in the financial chicanery whose exposure led to Agnew’s disgrace. It would be interesting to research whether this very contract was involved!! Neat and historic item and the deceased Agnew’s signature is deceptively uncommon in any form. LOA Spence/Grad PSA DNA.
