Description

Colonial Document: Regarding Trespassing. 7.7" x 12" handwritten, one page document, dated October 2, 1693. The document is written in the specialized phrasing of the legal profession, and with antiquated language. It deals with a case of trespassing and debt between two men. A very interesting look at early colonial legal procedures and language. It the document is in Good condition; slightly soiled on the edges; writing is somewhat faded. From the Henry E. Luhrs Collection. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
