Description
[Daniel Webster] George Nesmith Letter regarding plans to build a monument in honor of Daniel Webster. Three pages of a bifolium, 5" x 8", Franklin [N.H.], January 14, 1882. Nesmith goes on to relay that he has purchased the farm where Webster was born. Great content regarding his dilemma regarding restoration. File holes at top affect a few words, but not the content. Otherwise near fine.Together with an illustration of Webster's residence removed from a book.
