Emilio Bacardi Legal Filing Signed. Three pages of a bifolium, 8.75" x 12.5". Cuba, November 13, 1890. A legal filing in Spanish (untranslated) announcing Bacardi's intention to register for the right to mine magnesium on land in Santa Rita belonging to Senorita Doña Ana Aguilera y Kundelar or Doña Catelina Aleman. Signed "Emilio Bacardi" on page two.

Emilio Bacardi was the oldest son of Facundo Bacardi. He took over as president of the famed distillery upon his father's declining health.

Condition: Bold in on toned paper, some showthrough from verso. Small bits of paper loss occurring along left margin, where document has been disbound.
