Description
[Emiliano Zapata] Mexican Revolution: Broadside Announcing Issuance of Mexican Revolutionary Currency with Four Uncut Five Peso Bills Issued by the Constitutionalist Government of Mexico. The broadside measures 8.75" x 13.75" and is issued by Jose I. Prieto in the name of the provisional government of the State of Michoacán de Ocampo on April 26, 1913, in Spanish. The sheet with the four bills measures 9.5" x 5.5" and is printed on only one side. The bills were issued by the authority of the Constitutionalist Government October 12, 1915, Cuernavaca, in Spanish. The broadside has not been examined out of the frame. It is toned with two holes on the left. The bills are evenly toned. Both are fine or better.Auction Info
