Ulysses S. Grant as President: A Fine Three-Page Autograph Letter Signed. Dated July 22, 1870, and written at Long Branch, New Jersey. Grant conveys his own and Mrs. Grant's greetings to Secretary of the Navy A.E. Borie, and discusses plans for the Bories to join the Grants at the Jersey shore. Excellent condition, each page measuring 5" x 8.25". Minor light stain along spine fold.Auction Info
