Robert E. Lee Carte de Visite Signed "R E Lee." 2.5" x 4", no place; no date. A post-war carte de visite with a vignette portrait of Lee in uniform. No imprint on verso. Lee's distinctive signature is inked beneath the portrait. Pencil notation on verso.Condition: Toning and light soiling. Bumped corners. Minor soiling over the "L" of Lee's signature. Mounting residue on verso.
