Robert E. Lee: Boldly Signed Carte-de-Visite [CDV] by Miley. An extremely fine and desirable carte of Lee, made by Michael Miley of Lexington, Virginia, in 1869 while Lee was President of Washington College. Gold rule borders, coated stock mount, back mark of "Stonewall Art Gallery Boude & Miley Lexington, Va." Great condition... about as nice as they come!From the collection of Dr. Donald Hopkins.
