Chester W. Nimitz Signed Souvenir Copy of the Signature Page of the Japanese Surrender Documents. On light card stock, 7.25" x 9.5". Undated, but likely circa 1960s. Nimitz has signed and inscribed along the left margin: "Photostat copy - Signature sheet Japanese Surrender Documents - To Sam E Morison wit best wishes & warmest regards. C.W. Nimitz FAdm USN."Condition: Ink has smudged slightly in a few areas, otherwise in near fine condition.
