[Civil War]. General George Stoneman Autograph Letter Signed. One page with integral blank, 8" x 10", Washington, February 6, 1862, to George Sprague regarding the "organization of your Regt." Stoneman (1822-1894) was a commander of cavalry and, later, a governor of California. Wrinkled in places with some chipping to the lower right edge.Auction Info
