Description
Mary Martin Autograph Letter Signed. Seven pages on 4 sheets of imprinted letterhead, 8" x 10.5"; May 29, 1972. A letter by stage and screen star Mary Martin to friends "Edward & Jenny" with news of her health and travels. In small part: "I loved performing that one time and was Oh! so glad didn't have to go on & on. there are all kinds of deals being offered but it would have to be irresistible to get us back -- according to Variety my reluctance to commit my self is die to 'uncertain health in last few years'!! - You can't win!"Condition: Near fine, with flattened folds and a few tiny spots on first and last page.
