Konstantin Chernenko Signature. One-page sheet, 7.5" x 3.75", 1980. Signed sheet with a printed message, in Russian, congratulating the Main Marshall of the USSR, head of military inspection Kyrill Semenovich Moskalenko on the 35th anniversary of the victory in World War II. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from RR Auction.Condition: Very good.
Konstantin Ustinovich Chernenko (1911-1985) was a Soviet politician and the fifth General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. He led the Soviet Union from February 1984 until his death in March 1985.
