Description
Orville Wright Check Signed. Measuring 7 ¾ x 3 inches (sight); Dayton, Ohio; September 9, 1947. A check for payment of $32.99 made out to Carrie Grumbach, drawn on The Winters National Bank & Trust Co. Punch and stamp cancellations on the left side do not affect the signature. Matted and framed with a photograph of Orville Wright, a second photograph of the Wright Flyer I, and two informational plaques to an overall size of inches. Not examined out of the frame.Condition: Orville Wright's signature is a bit lighter than the engrossment. Very light wear to frame.
