Typed letter signed, "Floyd Gibbons" as Director of the Foreign News Service for the Tribune, 8" x 11", Chicago, December 3, 1918. A letter of credential for Frederick A. Smith as a correspondent for the Tribune. Partial vertical fold separation but in otherwise excellent condition. Ornately matted and ready for framing. From the collection of Bradley O'Leary. Accompanied by COA from PSA/DNA.
