Floyd Gibbons Signed Letter, 1918 Noted journalist for The Chicago Tribune and NBC during the First World War. Typed letter signed, "Floyd Gibbons" as Director of the Foreign News Service for the Tribune, 8" x 11", Chicago, December 3, 1918. A letter of credential for Frederick A. Smith as a correspondent for the Tribune. Partial vertical fold separation but in otherwise excellent condition. Ornately matted and ready for framing. From the collection of Bradley O'Leary.
