    Clara Schumann Scarce Autograph Letter Signed "Clara Schumann." One page, in German, 5.5" x 8.5", Baden, Germany, June 7, 1872. To an unnamed addressee. The translation reads, "Heartiest thanks for your parcel which gave me great pleasure, especially as the work for the organ is one I have coveted for years." Clara Schumann was one of the leading pianists of her day, and an accomplished composer.
    The letter is in very good condition; usual folds are present; tears are present on the left edge; staining is light on the obverse; slight smudging. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
