Large Collection of Powder Flasks, Powder Horns, Shot Bag. An interesting assortment of powder accessories including: 1) A small James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield, England tubular flask measuring about 5 ¼", the brass body is uniformly covered in small shallow dents. Spring loading mechanism still functions. Good condition. 2) Small 4 ½" tin (or pewter) flask with faint U.S. eagle and shield motif on each side. Spring broken, otherwise good condition. 3) Possible 18th Century bronze flask measuring 6 ½", and cast with ornate floral decoration. Good condition. 4) Leather shot bag measuring 8 ½", no maker's mark present. Loading spring still functions. Very good condition. 5) Unusual small powder horn , 6 ½", with a copper base and brass spout. Sadly this example suffers from vermin damage especially along the base. Fair condition. 6) 8 ½" horn with flat wooden base. Unmarked. Loading spring broken. Some scattered small vermin tracking, otherwise good condition. 7) Smaller version of previous horn, measuring 6 ¼", with horn base and threaded spout. Damage at the base of one side, otherwise good condition.
