Large Ethnographic Prestige Knife from Central Africa. The large prestige knife of the Tetela, Eso, Lokele and Soko tribes with 13-inch hand-forged steel blade incised with diagonal lines on the central median and in the center with four holes. Needle tip point and copper wrapped grip with heavy steel pommel cap. Steel and leather wrapped scabbard with brass stud embellishments. Length overall: 20-inches. Condition: Good. Showing age wear, pitting, cracks and age patina.
