Excavated Confederate "Forked Tongue" Frame Buckle. Fine excavated example of a brass "Forked Tongue" Confederate buckle frame with tines intact. Found at Stone's River, Tennessee. Battle took place on December 31, 1862. Condition: Fine as excavated. Uncleaned, showing age wear and patina as recovered from site.
