"Speaking Dog" Mechanical Bank - Blue Dress made by J. & E. Stevens Co., Cromwell, CT,circa: 1895. The girl's tray holds the coin. When the lever is pressed, her arm lowers and deposits the coin into the bank; the dog opens his mouth as if speaking and wags his tail. From the William Esser Collection.

Condition: Minimal wear. Working. Excellent (90%) Size: 7.25" Tall.
