Description

Wm. E. Parsons Cigar Store Counter Display Lighter and Cutter, Atop this wood and metal cigar advertiser are a dice game that clips your cigar as you pop the dice and a lighter. A center markee displays a sign and can be wound up and made to rotate by turning the clockworks key. The repainted metal base reads " Pat. Jan 1880- Smoke Wm E. Parsons Jr. Cigars". A clock is centered on the front. The condition is very good- to excellent with some repaint as mentioned on the metal part of the base. The clock is no longer working but the other features can be made to work with a little coaxing. The dice- cutter feature is one of the most unusual we have seen on any example of this type.
