C., Government Printing Office, 1889, 578pp. Bound in 3/4 leather with marbled boards, marbled fore edges and ribbed spine, gilt stamped "State Papers of President Grover Cleveland Inscribed 1892". The front flyleaf is inscribed "Geo. W. Childs from Grover Cleveland May 1, 1892".Condition: Minor rubbing to leather and wear to corners. Excellent overall.
