Raymond Fisher Jones (1915-1994) was a popular science-fiction author during the 1940s and '50s, when many of his stories were published in the pulp magazines Astounding Stories, Galaxy, and Thrilling Wonder Stories. This lot includes two novels which predate his most famous work, This Island Earth (1955), which inspired a classic Universal sci-fi film that same year. From the Robert and Diane Yaspan Collection.
