Rubbing, soiling, wear, and light staining to covers. Sunning on spine. Corners bumped and showing. Browning and soiling on edges. Large open tear on top edge of title page with scab on opposite page. Some dampstaining, light scattered foxing, and light toning throughout. Rear hinge starting at tail. Overall, very good.
