Description
Bill Clinton Autograph Letter Signed. One page on personal letterhead, 8 1/2 x 11 inches, no place; August 24 [no year]. A brief letter, in blue ballpoint pen, addressed to Lee Jones in Arkansas. In full:"Thanks for the article - I have done what I could - Hope to see you again soon; I really enjoyed lunch." Signed, "Bill."
With original transmittal cover.
Condition: Lightly toned with flattened folds. Minor staining at the bottom margin. Transmittal cover opened at flap with some scattered stains and stray ink marks; square hatched in pencil on verso; toned at left edge.
