In celebration of the 150th Anniversary of the Constitution of the United States of America, a full color lithograph of the 48-star American Flag on 8 ½ x 11" heavy cardstock entitled "The Flag of Destiny/ Constitution Day/ September 17, 1937" boldly signed by FDR above the depiction of the American flag. This is a wonderful and historic signed by FDR in commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.
