Description

Winchester Model 94AE Texas Motor Speedway Tribute Lever-Action Saddle Ring Carbine. Cal. .30-30 Winchester. Serial number 6226641. 16¼" round barrel. Receiver, large loop cocking ring and barrel bands gold. Trigger, barrel and feed tube blued. Jeweled bolt and hammer. The left side of the receiver features a vignette of the Texas Motor Speedway surrounded by elaborate floral decoration accented in gold and nickel. The right side of the receiver features another vignette and the inscription "Inaugural Race April 6, 1997" again surrounded by ornate floral accents in gold and nickel. The lower receiver is engraved "053 of 300". The walnut stock is engraved with the Texas Motor Speedway on the left side of the butt and "The Speedway Club Where Winners Come Together" on the left side of the fore stock and "The Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway" on the right side of the fore stock. The carbine is in excellent condition. Accompanied by the original "America Remembers" COA identifying this rifle as #53 of an edition of 500 (sic).
