Description
Rare Hausser Clockwork Anti-Aircraft Truck (Flakwagen). Hausser's catalog referred to this vehicle as a "Flakwagen" and it evolved over time with slight modifications to the body, chassis, color schemes and cannon. This version is olive green with battery-operated headlights, manual turn indicators, one of two fender flags, and crewed by two seated composition figures in Luftwaffe uniforms. The truck is 10" in overall length and features a cannon which can be traversed and elevated by hand. The truck is generally in very good condition with some wear to the paint, a few of the "Hausser" marked rubber tires are worn, and the breech of the cannon has rusted from cap residue. The wind-up mechanism is untested.Auction Info
