Description
Confederate 3.25-Inch Read Bolt. This Read bolt was manufactured at Selma Arsenal in Alabama. It was intended for use in the 3.3 inch Confederate cannon. This unfired round has two bourrelets and a high copper sabot. The body of this round is smooth and free from rust and has been preserved.Minor pitting around the nose area. It is an attractive item and will enhance any Civil War artillery display.Auction Info
