Description
Remington U. S. Model 1903 Bolt Action Military Rifle. Serial No. 3343979, .30-06 caliber, 24-inch barrel with standard military sights. Barrel marked H. S. over the ordnance bomb with a 8-44 date. Two barrel bands, two sling swivels, one stacking swivel and bayonet lug. Parkerized finish. Straight walnut stock and handguard with smooth metal buttplate. S.A./G.A.W. inspector's cartouche on the left side of the stock wrist; RRA-C re-arsenal mark on the right. Circle and square P firing proofs on lower edge of the stock.Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 85-90% original military finish with only trivial wear from use and storage. Bright bore.
