Description
Alan Bean's Hometown of Fort Worth, Texas: Key to the City Tie Bar and Honorary Police Badge Lucite Display, from His Personal Collection, with Certificate of Authenticity. He was born in Wheeler, Texas, but considered Fort Worth his home, attending Paschal High School. Two great items, as follows.Key to the City: A handsome city emblem with a star in the center and trimmed in blue, mounted on a gold color tie bar, overall 1.75" x 0.5". Excellent.
Lucite Display: A heavyweight 3" x 4" x 2.5" display with a "floating" representation of a police badge with the text: "Capt. Alan Bean USN RET/ Honorary/ POLICE/ Sept 10, 1969 and June 25, 2005/ FORT WORTH". Light scratches on bottom.
Great items that should appeal to any Fort Worth citizen or native. From the estate of Moonwalker and Artist Alan Bean.
