Apollo 11 Philatelia: Collection of Souvenir Cards, Featuring Launch & First Day Cancellations. Collection of a total of twelve 8.5" x 11" NASA-published cardstock artist renderings of the crew with facsimile signatures. Six of which are bearing an "Apollo 8" 6¢ stamp and cancelled at Houston, Texas, on launch day, July 16, 1969. The remaining six bear a "First Man on the Moon" 10¢ stamp cancelled on the first day of issue, September 9, 1969, along with an added landing date cancellation, July 20, 1969.
