Rare Early 1861 Production U.S. Model 1860 Colt Percussion Revolver in Associated Case with Accoutrements. Serial no. 18303, .44 caliber, 8-inch barrel with single-line New York address. Four-screw frame cut for a shoulder stock. Colt's Patent on left side of frame. Replacement wedge. Brass triggerguard. Replacement hammer and walnut grips. Contained in modern, burgundy felt-lined Colt partitioned case together with original Colt's Patent stand of flags flask; period two-cavity Colt's Patent .44 caliber bullet mold; 2 repro cartridge boxes [no contents]; period Eley cap tin; period "L" shaped nipple tool and modern bullet supply. Condition: Revolver. Fair to good as configured. Metal with grey patina, strong cylinder scene. Replacement hammer, trigger and grips. Action good. Case fine. Accoutrements with wear, minor dents and age patina.
