Description
Apollo 11: Vintage Padded Vinyl Hassock from Wapakoneta, Ohio. A 15" x 15" x 13" tall ottoman with a colorful stars and stripes pattern around and a moonboot footprint on top with the text: "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind/ Wapakoneta, Ohio/ Home of the first man on the moon." Note the addition of the "a" in the quote. Very few of these were likely sold outside of Armstrong's hometown. The seat cushion also in this auction would make a nice pair. Light wear, fine.
