Apollo 15 Flown Command/Service Module Guidance and Control Checklist Page. A two-sided 5.5" x 8" three-hole punched page numbered 4-17 and 4-18. Taken from the "CSM G&C Checklist" book flown in the Command Module from July 26- August 7, 1971. Dated May 24, 1971 these checklists would provide the crew with actions needed to operate the Command Module Primary Guidance, Navigation and Control System (PGNCS). Included is a copy of the Dave Scott signed certificate from when the complete book was sold, as well as an accompanying COA from the purchaser of the complete book. Very fine.Auction Info
