Description
1962 Apollo Lunar Excursion Module Early Grumman Prototype Model. Exquisite modern replica resin model based on the 1962 proposed Grumman design for the LEM. Sitting approximately 6.5" tall on a 9" diameter base, the model has very nice detailed thrust chambers and multiple antennas. Appearing on the base are both the Grumman and NASA logos along with the print "Proposed Lunar Excursion Model". There are small pins on the base that insert into the foot pads to keep in place.
