Apollo 11 Lunar Module Flown and Surface-Used Camera Film Leader Strip, Signed and Certified by Richard Underwood, in Framed Display with Large Lunar Surface Flag Photo. A 5" x 3" index card with a 2.75" x 0.25" strip of clear film attached by tape. The text reads "Film From The Moon/ This Is To Certify That The Attached Film Was Carried Onboard Apollo 11 On/ The Historic Flight To The Moon, July 16-24, 1969./ It Was Carried To The Surface Of The Moon By The/ Astronauts Neil A. Armstrong And Edwin E. Aldrin/ In The Lunar Module 'Eagle' On July 20-21, 1969./ The Film Is Eastman Kodak, Type 3400, Panatomic X." Signed in blue ink by Richard W. Underwood as NASA's Supervisory Aerospace Technologist. The card is framed with a 20" x 16" (image size) color photo of Buzz Aldrin facing the American flag, handsomely framed to an overall 25" x 20". A rarely-seen large example of Apollo 11 film. Fading and tape stains to card, minor dings to frame, overall fine.
