Description
Apollo 15 Famous Quote Flown to the Moon by Jim Irwin For and Directly from the Estate of Chris Kraft, with Certificate of Authenticity. A 5.5" x 4.25" sheet lightly mounted to a 7" x 5.75" matboard with the following printed in a flowing script: "Some men see things as they are and say 'Why?' I dream things that never were and say 'Why not?' George Bernard Shaw". Neatly written at bottom: "Flown to the Moon for Chris Kraft. Apollo XV". A photocopy of the sheet is included with the added "Certified by:" and signed: "Jim Irwin/ 8-71". Below is a note to Betty Kraft from Dottie Buxton regarding the piece.
