Apollo 11 Flown Nation of Italy Flag Signed and Certified by
Michael Collins Directly from His Personal Collection, CAG
Certified. A 6" x 4" silk flag representing Collins' birthplace
of Italy. Being the son of a military attaché, the family moved
frequently, and found themselves in Rome, Italy when Michael was
born. Signed in the middle with stripe: "Carried to the/ Moon
on/ Apollo XI/ July 1969-/ Michael Collins/ Born in/ Rome, Italy/
October 31, 1930". An excellent flown relic with a wide
collectible appeal. Excellent, sealed in a numbered archival
sleeve, CAG 3000031-006.
