Taft & Sherman: Milk Glass "Uncle Sam" Top Hat Jugate Bank, 2.5" high. The white, milk glass hat is painted with red and blue highlights and has a metal slotted stopper with a paper label that pictures the candidates. Surface wear, light chipping, and modest paint loss, else fine.
