Description

Group of Civil War Horse-Related Items. Consists of: a Model 1859 watering bridle and bit which is marked by the contractor "J.E. Condic New York", the leather reins are dry and broken; excavated watering bit; M1859 horse bit missing its bar at the cheek; excavated M1859 horse bit; and two snaffle bits. All iron is dark with areas of pitting.
