Two Pairs of Civil War Era Saddlebags. As follows. (1) Medical set with brown leather rigid bodies which measure 8" X 8" and are 3 1/2" deep, black leather flaps. Both bodies incorporate a sliding compartment on the lower halves and exterior flapped pockets as well as tooled edging. One bag features tin partitions in the upper compartment. The saddle bags show general wear with minor losses and seam splits. (2) Heavy, sturdy leather saddlebags measuring 12" x 13", large flaps with triple strap decorative element. Displays general wear, repairs and minor losses.
