Description

Theodore Roosevelt: Perhaps the Top Single-Portrait Button from His 1912 Bull Moose Campaign. This dramatic Pennsylvania button is 2 1/8" in diameter and has terrific display presence. A little very trivial light staining along the rim from 6:00 to 8:00 does not detract, nor does a minor bit of damage to the rim at 7:30, not visible from the front. When the light hits the button at the proper angle one notices several very slight, small surface bumps, which detract minimally. Overall display appearance is fine, as the photo indicates. One of only several known examples, this beauty from the legendary Kenton Broyles collection should satisfy all except those who collect condition for condition's sake.
